香港和内地建筑排烟系统设计规范的比较研究

Comparative Study on Design Specification for Building Smoke Exhaust System Between Hong Kong and China's Mainland

烟气被认为是楼宇火灾中最主要的伤害因素之一。为防患于未然,人们对烟气控制进行了一系列的实验与研究,并制定了许多相关技术规范要求。但由于不同地区的人们对防范认知的差异,导致规范要求也不尽相同。为此,从定义、需设置排烟系统的区域、排烟系统设计要求这三方面,来比较香港和上海地区的规范和国标的差异,并就该差异进行原因分析。

The flue gas is considered to be one of the main damage factors in the building fire disaster, in order to have it controlled quite in advance, people has done a series of experiments and research on smoke control and formulated a lot of related technical specification requirements. Due to the different prevention cognition in different areas, the requirements of specification are also different. Therefore, we compare the technical specification differences between Hong Kong and Shanghai and National Standard from three aspects of the definition, the area required to set the smoke exhaust system, and the design requirements of smoke exhaust system. The reasons for such differences are also given in this paper.
