摘要
综述了多胺和NO在植物遭受生物胁迫以及干旱胁迫、盐胁迫、高温/低温胁迫和重金属胁迫等非生物胁迫下的单一及协同效应研究进展.在信号级联及相互作用过程中,NO可能作为信号转导的中间分子受到多胺诱导释放,同时也能反馈调节多胺.绘制两种关键信号物质协同作用的基本路径图,为开展植物胁迫生理和生态机理研究提供理论参照.
Introduced here was the development of research on single and synergistic effects of polyamines and NO when plants were subjected to biotic stress and drought,salt and other abiotic stress.NO acting as an intermediate molecule of signal transduction system could be induced by polyamines and it also had a positive feedback regulation of polyamines.A basic path graph was drawn of the synergistic effects of these two key signaling substances in order to provide a theoretical reference for the development of and research into plant stress physiology and ecological mechanisms.
