摘要
人中性粒细胞载脂蛋白(human neutrophil lipocalin,HNL)又名人中性粒细胞明胶酶相关脂质运载蛋白(neutrophil gelatinase—associated lipocalin),最初是1994年XU等在中性粒细胞二级颗粒中发现的一种新型分泌型蛋白,与炎症、信号转导、免疫反应及肿瘤的发生发展等过程密切相关。对HNL生物学特征及其与疾病发展机制的研究进一步明确了其在相关疾病诊疗中的价值。
