摘要
目的探讨鲍曼不动杆菌对消毒剂的敏感性,为医院消毒措施提供参考依据。方法采用消毒剂对细菌最低杀菌浓度(MBC)和最低抑菌浓度(MIC)的检测方法,评估鲍曼不动杆菌对3种消毒剂的敏感性。采用PCR方法检测耐消毒剂基因qac EΔ1-sull。结果邻苯二甲醛消毒剂、纯戊二醛消毒剂、2%强化戊二醛消毒剂对多重耐药鲍曼不动杆菌的MBC值分别为500、20 000、2 500 mg/L,MIC值分别为250、5 000、315 mg/L。邻苯二甲醛消毒剂、纯戊二醛消毒剂、2%强化戊二醛消毒剂对敏感鲍曼不动杆菌的MBC值分别为250、10 000、1 250mg/L,MIC值分别为125、2 500、78 mg/L。邻苯二甲醛消毒剂、纯戊二醛消毒剂、2%强化戊二醛消毒剂对质控菌ATCC27853、ATCC25922的MBC值分别2 500、10 000、1 250 mg/L,MIC值分别为125、2 500、78 mg/L。PCR方法检测到7株多重耐药鲍曼不动杆菌含有耐消毒剂基因qac EΔ1-sull,5株敏感鲍曼不动杆菌和质控菌株未检测出耐消毒剂基因qac EΔ1-sull。结论 2%强化戊二醛消毒剂对多重耐药鲍曼不动杆菌的MIC值和MBC值较敏感鲍曼不动杆菌、标准菌株明显升高,多重耐药鲍曼不动杆菌对消毒剂抗性的产生与耐消毒剂基因qac EΔ1-sull有关。
Objective To study the susceptibility of Acinetobacter baumannii to common disinfectants and to provide more practical measures for hospital disinfection. Methods The susceptibilities of muhidrug - resistant Acinetobacter baumannii to three common disinfectants in hospital were evaluated by determination of minimum bactericidal concentration (MBC) and minimum inhibitory concentration (MIC). Disinfectant resistance gene qac EΔ1-sul was detected by PCR. Results The MBCs of formaldehyde disinfectant, glutaraldehyde disinfectant and 2% strengthening glutaraldehyde disinfectant against muhidrug - resistant Acinetobacter baumannii were 500, 20 000 and 2 500 mg/L, respectively, while the MICs were 250, 5 000 and 315mg/L, respectively. The MBCs of formaldehyde disinfectant, glutaraldehyde disinfectant and 2% strengthening glutaraldehyde disinfectant against sensitive Acinetobacter baumannii and standard strains were 250, 10 000 and 1 250mg/L, respectively, while the MICs were 125, 2 500 and 78 mg/L, respectively. The qaeEAl - sull gene was detected in 7 multiple drug resistant Acinetobacter baumannii strains, while not in 5 strains of sensitive strains of Acinetobacter baumannii and quality controls. Conclusion The MBC and .the MIC of muhidrug - resistant Acinetobacter baumannii to disinfectants are significantly increased. Multiple drug resistant Acinetobacter baumannii resistance to disinfectant is associated with disinfectant resistance genes qac EΔ1-sul.
