摘要 针对目前井下供电系统保护装置越级跳闸的问题,在现有高压综保器RS485通信接口的基础上,构建了基于EtherCAT/RS485的井下防越级监控系统。采用小波变换进行信号去噪,系统地面主站实时监控井下供电系统,并根据对各级高压综保器出口动作值进行逻辑判断,确定故障点的位置,发送跳闸指令,驱动短路故障处断路器动作。根据EtherCAT和RS485通信理论分析计算,该系统满足速断保护实时性要求。在实验室,采用ZKJB-2000高压综保器和倍福TwinCAT主站软件对系统进行了测试,测试结果表明系统具有较高的可靠性和实时性。 In order to solve the problem of over-grade trip of existing protection system in mine coal,an anti grade trip monitoring system based on EtherCAT/RS485 is presented,on the basis of RS485 interface.Signals are de-noised by wavelet.The underground power system is monitored by ground master station in real time.According to the judgment of export operation value from every level of high-voltage comprehensive protector,it makes sure the short circuit location,and sends tripping commands to drive breaker to act.This system satisfies the requirements of quick break based on the communication theory of EtherCAT and RS485 protocol.In lab,the high-voltage comprehensive protector ZKJB-2000 and Beckhoff TwinCAT software are taken to test the whole system,the testing result shows high reliability and stability of this system.
