摘要 针对某型PXI总线通用自动测试系统的测试资源较多、传统人工检测效率低、时间长、强度大且易出错的难题,提出了一种基于仪器自检、重要关键仪器测试、灵活运用开关及多路复用器的自检方案。利用RCV与ITA接口设计研制了自检适配器;采用虚拟仪器技术设计开发了自检子系统测试程序。测试验证结果表明,该自检子系统实现了对通用自动测试系统的快速、准确的自检测试功能,为快速定位故障模块提供了检测手段。 In order to solve some questions of self-inspection universal automatic test system based on PXI bus,such as more testing resources,low efficiency,long time,large amount of labor and error-prone on traditional artificial self-test,a self-test method is proposed,which makes full use of the instrument self-checking,and focuses on the important key equipment testing,flexible usage of the switch and the multiplexer.A self-test adapter is designed and manufactured by using RCV and ITA interface.Its subsystem test program is developed by using virtual instrument.Validation test results show that the self-test subsystem accomplishes the fast and accurate self-test function for universal automatic test system,and provides detection means to quickly locate the faulty module.
