摘要
伺服驱动器在数控系统中被广泛使用,它的一个重要功能就是接收光电编码器反馈信号并将其(?)频后送入数控系统以实现数控系统对位置信息的监控。设计了正交脉冲任意分频方案,通过倍频鉴相分频和正交脉冲输出等环节最终实现了正交脉冲的分频输出。分频算法用CPLD编程实现,仿真与(?)验结果验证了算法的有效性。
A servo drive is often used in a CNC(computer numerical control) system,which receives the feedback signal of photoelectric encoder,then produces a frequency division signal and sends it to CNC system.So the CNC system can control and monitor the position control of the motor.A frequency division algorithm with any frequency division parameter is proposed.A quadrature pulse frequency divider is realized by a frequency multiplication and phase demodulation module,a frequency division module and a quadrature pulse output module.The frequency division method is carried out in a piece of CPLD.The effectiveness is confirmed by simulation and experiment results.
