摘要
介绍了一种基于LabVIEW开发环境、PCL818L数据采集卡和伺服电机的汽车分离轴承调心力全自动检测系统。系统实现了对分离轴承调心力和调心量的全自动测量、数据分析、记录保存、曲线绘制、不合格品判别及自动上下料。实践证明,该系统测量精度、效率高,完全满足了调心力在线检测的要求。
An automatic test system for center debugging force of release bearing based on LabVIEW platform,PCL818 L and servo motor is introduced.The system can realize automatic measurement,data recording and analysis,results plotting,defective discriminate and automatic loading and offloading.Practice has proved that the system meets the requirements of online measurement with low cost,high efficiency and reliability.
