卵巢早衰的生育治疗策略 被引量：6

摘要 卵巢早衰(POF)病人的生育能力是其治疗难点,针对发病率高的特发性和化疗损伤性的卵巢早衰进行早期干预可增加生育机会。对于特发性POF引起的无排卵性不孕,不建议使用诱导排卵药物,采用基础窦状卵泡计数(AFC)等预测卵巢功能,积极监测人工周期,使用捐赠的卵母细胞体外受精(IVF)是可行的治疗选择。对女性肿瘤病人,可选择化疗前紧急辅助生殖或者化疗前及化疗期间采用冷冻卵巢组织、卵母细胞或胚胎,化疗结束后移植回体内等方案。
