摘要
截至2014年5月16日,高致病性禽流感病毒H7N9已引起国内122人死亡。干扰素诱导跨膜蛋白3是干扰素诱导的跨膜蛋白家族的一分子,具有广泛的抗病毒作用,在甲型流感病毒感染中可以早期抑制病毒的复制从而发挥作用。本文对干扰素诱导跨膜蛋白3在禽流感病毒H7N9中的研究进展进行了简要阐述。
As of May 16,2014,122 people died from high pathogenic avian influenza A (H7N9) virus infection in China. Interferon-induced transmembrane protein 3 belongs to interferon-induced transmembrane protein family and it has widely antiviral effect, which can anti-influenza by restricting the replication of viruses at the early stage of infection. This paper reviews the research progress of interferon- induced transmembrane protein 3 in avian influenza A (H7Ng) virus.
