欧洲伊斯兰极端主义的性质和内在结构研究被引量：14

摘要当前欧洲出现的多起恐怖主义袭击事件以及大批欧洲穆斯林青年加入"伊斯兰国"的现象,使得欧洲伊斯兰极端主义问题引起了国际社会的广泛重视。从性质上看,欧洲伊斯兰极端主义包含了极端主义性质和恐怖主义行为两个方面。但就其内涵而言,欧洲伊斯兰极端主义则是一座由三个层面构成的金字塔结构:第一个层面是位于金字塔顶部的那些挑战现有国际秩序并破坏欧洲社会安全的伊斯兰圣战者和恐怖主义分子;第二个层面是金字塔中部伊斯兰解放党所代表的公开反对一切建立在非伊斯兰教法基础上的政治制度和政府,但并未公开鼓吹用圣战来实现这一目标的政治势力;第三个层面是金字塔的底部那些与穆斯林兄弟会有关联的伊斯兰主义团体在欧洲广大穆斯林民众中传播建立全球伊斯兰国家的极端主义意识形态运动。
