加强环节管理在消毒供应中心控制医院感染效果评价

Effect of strengthening link management on control of nosocomial infections in central sterile supply department

目的探讨消毒供应中心中加强环节管理,以提高无菌物品质量、降低医院感染率。方法按照《医院消毒供应中心管理规范》要求,于2012年在消毒供应中心成立质量控制小组,加强各环节管理,随机调查2011-2013年实施环节管理前后的消毒灭菌包各10 000例,对器械包合格率和医院感染发生率等相关数据统计分析,对其结果进行评价。结果通过成立质控小组、加强各个环节的质量控制与管理后,消毒供应中心的工作达到科学化、规范化、标准化;器械合格率提高到98.45%,医院感染发生率降至0.17%。结论在消毒供应中心成立质量控制小组,加强各环节管理,能发挥潜能,改进团队合作,提高工作人员积极性,是降低医院感染率的有效方法。

OBJECTIVE To strengthen the link management of the central sterile supply department so as to improve the quality of sterile supplies and reduce the incidence of nosocomial infections.METHODS The quality control team was established in the central sterile supply department in 2012 according to the norms of management of central sterile supply department,then the link management was strengthened,each 10 000 sterilization packages were randomly investigated before and after the link management was implemented in 2011-2013.The data,including the qualified rate of packages and incidence of nosocomial infections,were statistically analyzed,and the results were evaluated.RESULTS A scientific,normalized,and standardized management was achieved in the central sterile supply department after the link management was strengthened by the quality control team.The qualified rate of instruments was increased to 98.45%,and the incidence of nosocomial infections was reduced to0.17%.CONCLUSIONIt is an effective way to establish the quality control team and strengthen the link management so as to inspire the potential,boost the teamwork,raise the enthusiasm of the staff,and reduce the incidence of nosocomial infections.
