3种消毒干燥法对呼吸机螺纹管保存时效期的评价 被引量:3

Effects of three cleaning and disinfection methods on effective storage period of threaded pipes of ventilators

摘要 目的研究临床常用的3种呼吸机螺纹管的清洗消毒方法对其消毒干燥后保存时效期的效果进行评价,并探究最有效方法,确保患者安全。方法对2009年12月-2013年6月重复使用的不同类型相同长度呼吸机螺纹管分3组:A组95%乙醇浸泡消毒冲洗自然干燥法、B组烘干箱烘干法、C组全自动清洗消毒器清洗消毒干燥法,保存5、10、15、20、25、30d,每个时间段各105根螺纹管,分别进行螺纹管内采样细菌学检测,选取阳性率和合格率作为分析标准。结果重复使用的吸机螺纹管消毒后A组保存6个时间段样本均有细菌生长,B组20、25、30d出现阳性,C组仅30d为阳性;5、10、15、20、25、30d检测合格率,A组分别为94.29%、83.81%、75.24%、60.00%、43.81%、31.43%;B组分别为100.00%、100.00%、100.00%、95.23%、91.43%、83.81%;C组分别为100.00%、100.00%、100.00%、100.00%、100.00%、98.10%。结论 95%乙醇冲洗干燥法保存的呼吸机螺纹管时效期<5d,烘干箱烘干法保存时间为>15d,全自动清洗消毒器清洗消毒干燥法保存的呼吸机螺纹管时效期可以达到25d,且长期保存效果优于95%乙醇浸泡消毒冲洗自然干燥法和烘干箱烘干法。 OBJECTIVE To evaluate the effects of the three most commonly used cleaning and disinfection methods on effective storage period of threaded pipes of ventilators and observe the most effective method so as to ensure the safety of the patients.METHODS From Dec 2009 to Jun 2013,the reused threaded pipes of ventilators were divided into three groups:the group A,group B,and group C.The group A was soaked in 95% ethanol solution and dried with natural seasoning;the group B was dried with drying baker;the group C was treated with automatic cleaning and disinfection machine.The dried threaded pipes were respectively stored for 5,10,15,20,25,and30 days,with 105 threaded piles in each time segment.The inner surfaces of the threaded pipes were sampled for bacteriological examination,and the positive rates and qualified rates were observed.RESULTS After the disinfection of the reused threaded pipes of ventilators of ventilators,there was growth of bacteria in the 6storage periods in the group A;the bacteria were tested positive in 20,25,and 30 days of storage time in the group B;the bacteria were only tested positive in 30 days of storage time in the group C.The qualified rate of detection of the group A was 94.29%in the 5days of storage time,the group B 100.00%,the group C 100.00%;the qualified rate of detection of the group A was 83.81% in the 10 days of storage time,the group B 100.00%,the group C100.00%;the qualified rate of detection of the group A was 75.24%in the 15 days of storage time,the group B100.00%,the group C 100.00%;the qualified rate of detection of the group was 60.00%in the 20 days of storage time,the group B 95.23%,the group C 100.00%;the qualified rate of detection of the group A was 43.81%in the 25 days of storage time,the group B 91.43%;the group C 100.00%;the qualified rate of detection of the group A was 31.43%in the 30 days of storage time,the group B 83.81%,the group C 98.10%.CONCLUSION The effective storage time of the threaded pipes of the ventilators that are cleaned with the automatic cleaning and disinfection machine was 25 days,longer than 5days of the 95% ethanol solution as well as 15 days of the drying baker method.
