产业结构、收入分配与中国的城镇化

Industrial Structure,Income Distribution and China's Urbanization

发达国家城镇化进程一般伴随着产业结构的不断升级,而中国的特殊国情使得收入分配也是城镇化发展中不可忽略的影响因素。运用中国2001—2012年31个省份的面板数据实证分析发现:1)从总体上看,产业结构、收入分配、经济增长、社会固定资产投资以及受教育水平提高对中国城镇化发展具有促进作用。2)具体从收入分配内部来看,产业结构变化导致的城乡收入差距、农民收入结构变化均对城镇化进程产生了正向效应,尤其是农民务工、务农收入的差异显著推进了城镇化发展。3)在自然条件和经济基础存在差异的背景下,产业结构、收入分配对城镇化的影响存在明显的区域性差异;与东中部相比,西部地区产业结构和收入分配对其城镇化发展的促进动力明显不足。

The development patterns of urbanization in the developed countries showthat the development of urbanization is always accompanied with the continuing escalation of industrial structure. Due to the special conditions in China,the income distribution is also an important influencing factor that cannot be ignored. This paper uses the panel data of 31 provinces from 2001 to 2011 to analyze the influence of industrial structure and income distribution of China's urbanization. The results showthat: 1) On the whole,industrial structure and income distribution have significant positive influence on the development of urbanization. In addition,economic growth,the investment of fixed assets and education level also have significant positive influence. 2) From the perspective of income distribution,the income gap between urban and rural areas,farmers' income structure has significant positive influence on the development of urbanization,especially the differences between the farmers' salary income and family business income. 3) In viewof different natural conditions and economic fundamentals,the influence of industrial structure and income distribution has obvious regional differences. Compared with the central and eastern regions in China,the momentum of industrial structure and income distribution of the western region is insufficient in promoting the development of urbanization.
