国际舆情视阈下的中日“间岛”交涉问题研究--以日本的舆情外交策略为中心

The“Jiandao”Negotiation between China and Japan from the Perspective of International Public Opinion:A Case Study of Diplomatic Strategy of Japanese Public Opinion

20世纪初,中日两国曾就"间岛"地区主权问题进行了长期交涉,即"间岛"交涉。从国际舆情的角度对日本在"间岛"交涉中的外交策略进行研究,可以发现在这一交涉过程中,国际舆论的因素对日本外交政策影响颇重,日本也主动去引导国际舆论,这实际上是"三国干涉还辽"事件对近代日本外交造成的直接影响。对日本在"间岛"交涉中的外交策略进行分析,可以发现日本对华侵略蚕食的外交模式。

At the beginning of the 20 th Century,China and Japan had long been in dispute over the sovereignty of'Jiandao'areas,namely'Jiandao negotiation'. Research on Japan's diplomatic strategy in'Jiandao'disputes from the perspective of international public opinion reveals that the issues of international opinion during this negotiation were quite important for the Japanese foreign policy. Japan also took the initiative to guide the public opinion,which was actually the direct impact of 'triple intervention'incident on the modern Japanese diplomacy. Analysis of the Japanese diplomatic strategy in the'Jiandao' dispute can reveal the diplomatic mode of Japanese aggression and encroachment on China.
