摘要 浅埋隧道施工对地表建筑物的影响,主要与隧道断面和埋深、围岩物理力学性质、施工方法及隧道和建筑物的空间相对关系直接相关。基于莞惠城际铁路松山湖隧道下穿建筑物区段工程,为预测浅埋隧道施工对地表建筑物的影响范围以及影响程度,以隧道埋深、建筑物基础类型、隧道与建筑物空间关系等多种因素为可变参数,建立大量力学模型,通过数值模拟分析,得到隧道围岩变形规律,并以此为基础分析隧道开挖对地表建筑物变形的影响。结合工程经验,建立划分隧道对地表建筑物影响范围的分区和控制标准,提出相应的影响范围判定经验公式。 The influences of excavating shallow tunnel exert on ground buildings are directly related to tunnel cross section, buried depth, mechanical properties of surrounding rock, construction methods and relative position between the tunnel and buildings. Based on Songshan Lake tunnel on Guan - Hui intercity railway which underpasses building areas, this paper establishes a large number of mechanical models with such variable parameters as tunnel buried depth, building foundation types, relative position and other factors to forecast the scope and degree of influences of shallow tunnel construction on surface buildings. By numerical modeling analysis, deformation rules of surrounding rock are obtained, and on this basis, influences of tunnel excavation on surface buildings deformation are analyzed. With reference to engineering experiences, partition and control standards are created in terms of the influences of the tunnel on ground buildings and corresponding judgment empirical formulas are proposed.
