摘要
教师培训是卓越教师专业成长的关键环节,服务取向是当代教师培训体制改革的主要方向。服务型教师培训体制的四个主要链环是教师培训需求的激发与引导、教师培训服务供求关系的建立、教师培训服务质量标准体系的形成与国家教师培训市场宏观调控体系的跟进。精心培育这一新体制,促使其健康发展,是当代教师培训体制"深改"的历史使命。即建立教学名师与教学专家协同的教师培训资源形成机制、建立对优质教师培训服务的鉴别机制、强化一线教师作为教师培训服务消费主体的地位,形成劣质教师培训资源的淘汰机制。
Teacher training is the core link in the professional growth of excellent teachers, and service-oriented mode con- stitutes major direction of contemporary teacher training system. There are four key links in service-oriented teacher training system, that is, motivation and guidance of teacher training needs, establishment of service ties between supply and de- mand, erection of national service quality criterions and follow-up of market conrol. It is the commitment of deep reform in contemporary system innovation that we should foster the new system and facilitate its smooth going. Therefore our country should develop the cooperate mechanism in teaching resources of good quality between prestigious instructors and teaching experts, build the authentication mechanism of quality training service, strengthen the main role of practical teachers in teacher training service, and advance the replacement mechanism of bad-quality training resources.
