摘要
本研究通过测试卷和教学能力评价表,就高中数学教师专业知识对教师自身三种不同教学能力的影响进行了调查研究。研究结果显示:教师专业知识对教师教学设计能力的解释贡献最大,其次是教学实施能力,最后是教学监控能力;数学教学知识与数学学科知识对高中数学教师教学设计能力和教学实施能力的发展有显著贡献;等等。针对以上结果,研究者对其原因进行了分析与讨论,并相应提出一些在教师教育中提高教师教学能力的建议。
By means of test papers and teaching ability evaluation forms, this study focuses on the research to the effect of high school mathematics teachers' professional knowledge to three different teaching abilities. As the result shows, teachers' professional knowledge ranks itself top in the explanation of teaching design ability; and the second is teaching implementa- tion ability; followed by teaching monitoring ability. Mathematics pedagogical content knowledge and mathematics subject matter knowledge contribute greatly to the development of high school mathematics teachers' teaching design ability and teaching implementation ability, and so on. For the results above, the researcher makes analyses to causes and proposals to improving teachers' teaching ability in teacher education.
