摘要
针对微弱磁场检测的需求,基于Lab VIEW虚拟仪器技术开发三轴微弱磁场检测系统。采用3D Mag IC(PNI12927)芯片来驱动三轴磁传感器,STC12LE2052AD单片机对传感装置进行参数配置和通信控制,并基于Lab VIEW编写多功能可视化系统软件。在屏蔽筒中,对检测系统的灵敏度和线性度进行标定,通过软件方式对系统误差进行预补偿,实现对15n T级磁场的实时测量。地磁场测量的结果验证了该方法的可行性。
According to requirement of weak magnetic field detection,Lab VIEW virtual instrument technology developed three axis of weak magnetic field detection system,using 3D Mag IC( PNI12927) chip to drive the three axis magnetic sensor,configuration parameters and communication control on sensing device are carried out by STC12LE2052 AD MCU,and multi-function visualization system software is compiled based on Lab VIEW. By calibrating the sensitivity and linearity of the detection system,the systematic error of which is pre-compensated by means of software,real-time measurement of magnetic field at the level of 15 n T is realized. Ceomagnetic field measurement results verify the feasibility of the method.
