摘要
安全气囊系统作为汽车被动安全的核心组成,有着极为重要的作用。为了提高其性能,设计了一种基于MEMS的外围加速度传感器的系统。该系统通过微机械结构检测汽车碰撞时的加速度,再通过一体式的专有集成电路对信号进行处理,然后将数据经总线传送到安全气囊控制器进行逻辑运算。通过实际碰撞测试,证明该设计系统能增强碰撞识别度和提早点火时间,极大地提高了安全气囊系统的性能。
As the core of automotive passive safety airbag system,airbag system plays the most important role. In order to improve the performance of airbag system,a system of peripheral acceleration sensor is designed based on MEMS. The system detects acceleration of auto in collision,and process signal through the one-piece proprietary integrated circuit,after that,the data will be delivered to airbag control unit for logical operation. Through the actual crash test,it is proved that the designed system can enhance the recognition of collision and early the ignition timing,greatly improve the performance of the airbag system.
