Synthesis and degradation of collagen in glomerular basement membrane and their associations with diabetic nephropathy

摘要 糖尿病肾病是终末期肾病的主要原因,发病机制复杂。肾小球基底膜增厚及系膜区细胞外基质增生是主要的病理特点,胶原合成增多、降解减少是肾脏病理改变的主要原因。研究肾小球滤过屏障的生理功能与损伤机制,对深入了解糖尿病肾病的发生、发展尤为重要。 Diabetic nephropathy,with a complicated pathogenesis, has become the major cause of end stage renal disease. The thickening of glomerular basement membrane and hyperplasia of mesangial area of extracellular matrix are the main pathological features. Increased synthesis and decreased degradation of collagen are major causes of renal pathological changes. Researches of the physiological function and the injury mechanism of glomerular filtration barrier are particularly important for further understanding of the occurrence and develooment of diabetic neohrooathy.
