摘要
研制一种适用于厚大型铸铁件的醇基石墨复合涂料。通过对耐火材料的选择,溶剂挥发速率的试验,确定合适的原材料和配比;对配置试验涂料进行涂刷性、涂层强度、燃烧性和发气量等测试,工艺性能达到使用要求。生产结果表明,该涂料在砂型上易于涂刷,涂层牢固光滑,开箱后的铸件表面无粘砂、无脉纹,满足厚大型铸铁件的工艺要求。
A kind of graphite compound alcohol-based coatings suitable for heavy iron castings has been developed. The appropriate raw materials and their ratios have been determined through the choice of refractory and the experiment of solvent evaporation rates. The brushing property, coating strength, flammability and gas generation of the prepared test coating were tested, so that the process performance can meet the using requirements. The production results show that the coating is easy to brush on the sand, the coating is firm and smooth, the surface of the casting is no sand penetration and no veins after shake-out, hence it can meet the technical requirements of heavy cast iron castings.
