不同砂温条件下的铸造碱性酚醛树脂用酯固化剂的工艺研究

Technology Research of Ester Curing Agent for Casting Alkaline Phenolic Resin Under Different Sand Temperature Conditions

在相同型砂配比和试验条件下，对自硬碱性酚醛树脂砂性能进行试验，分析不同碱酚醛树脂的有机酯固化剂的特点。通过在不同砂温情况下调整各有机酯加入比例，研制出了一系列适用于不同砂温条件下碱酚醛树脂用有机酯固化剂的配比工艺。

Under the same sand ratio and experimental conditions, tests on the properties of self hardening alkaline phenolic resin were carded out, and the characteristics of organic ester curing agent of different alkaline phenolic resin were analyzed. Through adjusting adding proportion of various organic ester under different sand temperature, a series of proportioning processes of organic ester curing agent for alkaline phenolic resin suitable for different sand temperature conditions have been developed.
