摘要
针对灰铸铁汽车制动鼓铸件的质量问题,运用铸造模拟软件ProCAST对金属液的充型和凝固过程进行了数值模拟,分析铸件在铸造过程的缩孔、缩松的分布情况。通过该计算机模拟软件对铸造工艺进行合理优化,采用双内浇道无冒口的改进工艺,解决了铸件存在的缩孔、缩松缺陷,最终生产出质量合格的铸件。
In order to solve the quality problems of grey cast iron automobile brake drum casting, numerical simulation of the molten metal filling and solidification process was carried out by the casting simulation software ProCAST. And the distribution of shrinkage cavity and dispersed shrinkage of the castings in the casting process was analyzed. The casting process was optimized by the computer simulation software. The defects of shrinkage cavity and dispersed shrinkage of the castings were solved by using the improvement processing with double internal gates without riser, and the qualified castings have been produced at last.
