复杂进气缸筋板芯盒模具的工艺设计

摘要 针对GEO&G FR3—2J进气缸铸件特点,对进气缸筋板芯盒模具进行合理设计,利用分层对开式芯盒结构和局部镶铸镶嵌件的方法,攻破了该类产品的设计难点。并且对填砂步骤和金属活块工艺进行具体规定,在实际试验和生产中取得了良好的效果,验证了此种设计方案的可行性。 According to the characteristics of the GE O&G FR3-2J inlet casing casting, reasonable design was carried out on the inlet casing stiffened plat core box mold. The design difficulties of the products were broken by using the methods of layered open core box structure and local inlay insert. Specific provisions have been made for the sand filling steps and metal loose piece process, a good effect has been achieved in the actual test and production, the feasibility of the design scheme has been proved.
