摘要
针对低合金铸铁发动机缸体的结构特点,泡沫模样从分型设计、发泡、熟化、成型和粘接等环节制定详细的工艺规定,对涂料的施涂方式、造型加砂方式和浇注工艺参数也进行严格控制。生产结果表明,采用该消失模工艺制造的发动机缸体出品率高达91%。
According to the structure characteristics of the low alloy cast iron engine cylinder, detailed process requirements of foam pattern were formulated from the links of typing design, foaming, curing, molding and bonding. The way of coating and molding and casting process parameters were strictly controlled. The production results show that the yield of engine cylinders produced by EPC process is up to 91%.
