简述了美国试验与材料学会标准ASTM A217一C5阀体开裂的缺陷特征,检测了阀体的化学成分、力学性能、显微组织和断口形貌,并从铸造工艺、热处理工艺、机加工工艺和焊补工艺等技术角度分析了C5阀体铸件开裂的主要原因,提出了防止C5阀体开裂的建议。
The american society for testing and materials standard ASTM A217- C5 valve body cracking defect features was briefly described. The chemical constituents, mechanical properties, microstructure and fracture morphology of the valve were detected. The main reasons for the cracking of C5 valve body were analyzed from the casting technology, heat treatment technology, machining technology and repair welding technology, and the suggestion for preventing the cracking of C5 valve body was presented.
