摘要
为解决配装构架式转向架的铁路集装箱平车在空车状态下通过澳大利亚ROA指南中规定的扭曲线路时车轮减载率超限的问题,利用经过试验验证的车辆动力学模型对相关影响因素进行了分析。结果表明,降低轴箱悬挂垂向刚度、增大旁承间隙和降低车体扭转刚度均能有效改善铁路集装箱平车通过扭曲线路的车轮减载安全性。
In order to solve the problem that the reduction rate of wheel load exceeds the limit while the empty railway container flat car with frame type bogie negotiating twist line in Australian ROA Guide,the relevant affecting factors are analyzed with the vehicle dynamics model verified by testing.The result shows that reduction of vertical stiffness of axle box suspension,increase of side bearing clearance and reduction of carbody stiffness in torsion can all effectively improve the safety in wheel unloading while the railway container flat car negotiating the twist line.
