摘要
为获取GC-MS或LC-MS分析中用作内标氘代[2H3]-吗啡对照品,建立了标题化合物的合成方法,成功合成了[2H3]-吗啡,并用1HNMR及13CNMR表征。用液质联用技术研究了同位素丰度,其中[2H3]-吗啡的丰度为99.19%。
A method was established to prepare the compound [2H3]-morphine as an internal standard in GC-MS and LC-MS analysis. The sample of [2H3]-morphine was confirmed by1 HNMR and13CNMR. The2 H abundance was detected by UPLC-MS,the abundance of [2H3]-morphine is 99. 19%.
