摘要 目的:探讨空腹血糖(FPG)和糖化血红蛋白(HbAlc)水平联合检测在健康体检中的应用价值。方法:选择263名健康体检者作为研究对象,分别检测其FPG和HbAlc水平,对两者进行相关性分析。结果:263例中HbAlc〈5.5%者139例,5.5%-6.5%者88例,〉6.5%者36例。HbAlc〉6.5%体检者FPG均明显高于HbAlc〈5.5%和5.5%~6.5者(P〈0.01)。相关分析显示,263名研究对象的HbAlc水平与FPG之间呈正相关关系(P〈0.01)。结论:FPG和HbAlc联合检测在健康体检中对糖尿病的筛查有重要价值,适宜在实际工作中推广应用。 Objective :To investigate the value of the combined detection of fasting plasma glucose (FPG) and glycated hemoglobin Alc(HbAlc) in physical examination. Methods: The levels of FPG and HbAlc in 263 healthy people were detected, and their correlations were analyzed. Results: Among the HbAlc level of 263 healthy people, 139 cases was less than 5.5%, 88 cases was between 5.5% and 6.5% and 36 cases was more than 6.5%. FPG level of the physical examination people with HbAlc level higher than 6.5% was significantly higher than that of the HbAlc level less than 6.5% and between 5.5% and 6.5% ( P 〈 0.01 ). Pearson product moment correlation analysis showed that the level of HbA1 c was positive correlation with FPG (P 〈 0. 01 ). Conclusions:The combined detection of HbA1 c and FPG in healthy physical examination has important value in screening diabetes, which is worthy to be popularized.
