不同护理模式对血液透析置管患者健康知识知晓率及置管时间的影响

Effect of different nursing modes on the health knowledge and indwelling time in patients with hemodialysis catheter

目的:探讨不同护理模式对血液透析(血透)置管患者置管时间、健康知识及生存质量的影响。方法:将82例血透患者随机分为对照组及观察组,各41例,对照组进行常规护理,观察组在对照组的基础上应用多元化健康教育,对比分析2组患者健康知识知晓率、置管时间、住院时间、满意度以及生存质量等方面的差异。结果:与对照组比较,观察组护理后饮食方案、疾病自我检测、并发症管理、药物治疗、运动锻炼知晓率均显著升高(P<0.01)。观察组置管时间、住院时间、满意度评分均显著优于对照组(P<0.01)。治疗后观察组患者生理机能、躯体疼痛、总体健康、生理职能、社会功能、情感职能、精神健康、精力及健康调查简表总评分均显著高于对照组(P<0.01)。结论:对血透置管患者应用多元化健康教育护理模式可提高患者对疾病知识的知晓率,缩短置管时间及住院时间,提高患者生存质量及满意度。

Objective：To explore the effects of different nursing modes on the health knowledge and indwelling time and quality of life in patients with hemodialysis catheter. Methods：Eighty-two hemodialysis patients were randomly divided into the control group（ n = 41 ） and observation group（ n = 41 ）. The control group were nursed with routine care, and the observation group were treated with diversified health education based on routine care. The health knowledge awareness, indwelling time, hospital stay, satisfaction and quality of life between two groups were compared and analyzed. Results：The awareness rates of diet, self-testing disease, complication management, medication and exercise in observation group were significantly higher than those in control group （ P 〈 0.01 ）. The indwelling time, average length of stay and satisfaction scores in observation group were better than .those in control group （P 〈 0.01 ）. After treatment, the physiological function, bodily pain, general health ,physical function, social function, emotional role, mental health, energy and SF-36 total score in observation group were significantly higher than those in control group （P 〈 0.01 ）. Conclusions：The diversified health care modes can improve the education on disease knowledge, shorten the catheter and hospital time, and improve the quality of life and satisfaction of hemodialysis catheter patients.
