玉米籽粒脱水速率研究分析及种质改良策略 被引量:16

摘要 玉米生理成熟后籽粒脱水速率对中国北方玉米的品质、产量及储藏加工都具有显著影响,脱水速率也是宜机收品种选育上的重要目标性状。从不同品种间籽粒脱水速率的差异分析、农艺、品质等性状与籽粒脱水速率相关性分析以及玉米籽粒脱水速率遗传研究及QTL定位研究进展3个方面总结了玉米籽粒脱水速率的整体研究情况。结合玉米籽粒脱水速率研究规律,提出了玉米种质改良选育方向。研究结果为高产、优质、脱水速率快玉米杂交种选育提供综合的参考依据。 The dehydration rate after physiological maturity had a significant effect on the corn yield, quality, storage and processing in northern China. The dehydration rate was also an important target trait of maize hreeding especially for being suitable to mechanical harvest. This study had summarized the overall research on dehydration rate in recent years from three aspects: the analysis of the dehydration-rate differences, the correlational analysis between dehydration rates and agronomic traits, qualitative traits, the genetic research on dehydration rates and the research progress of QTL mapping. According to the research laws of dehydration rate, the derection of maize germplasm improvement had been put forward. The article aimed at providing comprehensive references for high-yield, high-quality maize breeding, and fast-dehydration-rate maize breeding.
