摘要 藜作为中国北方旱地农田的优势种杂草,研究其生物学特性、综合防除技术及抗药性意义重大,为加快其研究进程,找到解除藜种子休眠的快速、有效的方法尤为重要。通过室内生测的方法,比较了温水、GA3浸种和光照3种处理对藜种子休眠的解除效果。结果表明:温水、GA3浸种和光照3种处理均可以解除藜种子的休眠,提高其发芽势、发芽率和活力指数。其中,GA3浸种对藜种子的休眠解除最为有效,浓度为800 mg/L时,浸种24 h,发芽率为89.33%,较对照提高47.33%;光照处理次之,7 h/天光照,5天后发芽率达70.00%;温水处理也能提高其发芽率,但休眠解除效果不显著。 Studies on biological characteristics, integrated control techniques and drug resistance of Chenopodium album are significant as it is one of the dominant species of weed in northern dry land. Finding fast and effective method of seeds dormancy breaking was particularly important in order to accelerate the research process. The effects of hot water, ghberellic acid and light condition treatment on seeds dormancy breaking of Pigweed (Chenopodium album) were studied by indoor biometrics. The results showed that seeds germination potential, rate and vigor index of Pigweed increased by the above three treatments which could germinate seeds dormancy of Pigweed. Gibberellic acid was the most effective of the three. Maximum germination rate was 89.33%, which could be obtained by 800 mg/L GA3 soaking treatments for 24 hours, and the germination rate increased by 47.33% compared with the control. Light condition treatment took the second place, germination rate increased to 70.00% by 7 ldd after five days. Germination rate could be increased by the hot water treatment, but the effect was not significant.
