论宁树藩“信息论”的新闻观

On Ning Shu-Fan's Journalistic Concepts of Information Theory

从1984年至1998年,宁树藩先生先后发表了数篇论文阐述其"信息论"的新闻观,在学术界产生了很大的影响,推动了我国新闻理论研究的进一步发展。其观点表现出自己鲜明的特点:力图从哲学高度探讨新闻的本质问题;把"新闻"和"新闻报道""新闻作品"严格区分开来;强调"新闻"的特性在于信息,把新闻从本质上归结为信息,强调新闻之作为信息具有"客观性"。进一步分析,宁树藩的论述亦有可进一步商榷处,其核心即如何看新闻的信息本质及其客观性问题。

From 1984 to 1998, Ning Shu -Fan successively published four papers expounding his journalistic concepts of information theory, which had great influences in academia and promoted further development of journalistic theory research of China. His views showed their distinctive features： to attempt to explore the essence of news from the height of philosophy; to strictly distinguish the concepts of ＂news＂, ＂news reports＂ and ＂news works＂ ; to emphasize that the characteristic of ＂news＂ was information and regard news as information in essence; to highlight that news had its ＂objectivity＂ as information. Through further analysis, Ning Shu - Fan＇ s views also could be further discussed. The discussion focus lies on how to understand the information nature of news and its objectivity.
