Investigation Analysis of the Antibiotics Use in Taiyuan City Central Hospital in 2014

目的：开展抗菌药物专项整治活动,分析太原市中心医院2014年全年抗菌药物使用情况,为抗菌药物的合理使用提出建议。方法：采用回顾性调查法,对2014年全年抗菌药物使用数据进行统计和分析。结果：抗菌药物使用强度、使用率分别保持在每百人天20～40 DDDs、30%～55%之间,送检率维持在35%～60%之间。Ⅰ类切口预防用药率保持在10%～50%之间,术前0.5～2 h给药率、术后用药不超24 h率均波动于50%～100%之间,同时存在选药不合理情况。结论：抗菌药物整体使用情况尚可,专项整治活动成效显著,但仍有不合理之处需要进一步加以整改,本次分析为下一步整改重点指明了方向。

Objectives： To analyze the use of antibiotics in Taiyuan City Central Hospital in 2014 and give some advice for the reasonable drug use through carrying out special rectification activities in antibiotics. Methods： The data about the use of antibiotics in 2014 were collected and analyzed by using retrospective investigation method. Results：The antibacterial use density was between 20 and 40 DDDs per hundred persons per day and the use rate was between 30 and 55 percent. Sample submission rate maintained between 35 and 60 percent. The preventive use in Class I incision operation rate maintained between 10 and 50 percent; the preoperative 0. 5 ～ 2 h delivery rate and the postoperative medication rate less than 24 h was between 50 and 100 percent,and also there were some unreasonable problems in the selection of the drugs. Conclusions： The situation of the use of antibiotics was generally in good condition. The special rectification activities have made remarkable achievement. But there are also some problems that we need strengthen to resolve. This analysis has pointed out the focus and direction of the next step for the reform of antibiotics.
