微创拔除下颌近中阻生牙的临床观察

Clinical Observation of Minimal Invasion in Minimally Invasive Extraction about Near Mandibular Impacted Teeth

目的：探讨微创拔除下颌近中阻生牙的临床效果。方法：选择2013年10月～2014年10月收治的下颌近中阻生牙患者100例,随机分为两组,分别为微创组和对照组,每组患者50例。微创组采用楔形瓣切除术和高速切割角度手机（45°仰角）治疗,对照组采用普通凿骨劈冠拔除术治疗,观察两组患者手术时间、术中断根、骨板损伤、肿胀、张口和愈合等情况。结果：微创组在手术时间、断根、骨板损伤、肿胀、张口和愈合等方面优于对照组,存在显著差异（P〈0.05）,具有统计学意义。结论：微创拔除下颌近中阻生牙术的治疗效果显著,值得临床广泛推广。

Objective： To investigate the clinical effect of minimal invasion in minimally invasive extraction about near mandibular impacted teeth. Methods： 100 patients with mandibular impacted teeth were selected in our hospital from October 2013 to October 2014,randomly divided into two groups,minimally invasive group and the control group,respectively with 50 cases in each group patients. Minimally invasive group were used the wedge disc resection and high speed cutting machine（ 45° angle） treatment,the control group using common pulled-up method. the operation time,the root pruning,bone plate lingual,swelling,mouth and healing,and so on were observed in two groups of patients who damage increased. Results： The root pruning,bone plate（ lingual）,swelling,mouth and healing in the minimally invasive group were better than those in control group. There were statistically significant differences（ P 0. 05）. Conclusion： It is significant that minimally invasive removal of maxillary impacted teeth has the effective clinical treatment,which is worthy in clinical widely popularization.
