妇产科患者术后疼痛的综合护理方法

Study on the Comprehensive Postoperative Pain Nursing Care for Patients with Obstetrics and Gynecology

目的：研究妇产科患者术后疼痛的综合护理方法。方法：选择2011年9月～2013年9月诊治的120例妇产科手术患者,根据其入院病例的单双号分为两组,对照组60例运用常规护理方法,观察组60例在常规护理的基础上进行心理护理干预措施,比较两组患者疼痛程度及对护理人员的满意度。结果：观察组患者术后疼痛程度明显比对照组低,差异有统计学意义（P〈0.05）。观察组患者对护理工作的满意程度明显比对照组高,差异有统计学意义（P〈0.05）。结论：术后进行综合护理干预能有效缓解患者术后疼痛程度,明显降低术后出现并发症的几率,缓解患者的紧张、恐惧等负面情绪,促进康复。

Objectives： To study the comprehensive postoperative pain nursing care for patients with obstetrics and gynecology. Method： 120 cases of patients with the treatment of gynecologic surgery in the hospital between September2011 and September 2013 were chosen to be divided into two groups,according to its even and odd- numbered admission,among which 60 patients in the control group were used conventional care method of treatment,and 60 patients in the observation group were heart care interventions based on the routine care. Then the pain levels and satisfaction of nursing staff were compared. Results： By comparing the two groups of patients,pain patients in the observation group was significantly lower than the control group,while the patients satisfaction with care was significantly higher than the control group（ P〈 0. 05）. There was statistically significant differences between the two groups（ P〈 0. 05）. Conclusion： Obstetrics and gynecology comprehensive care interventions can effectively relieve patients with postoperative pain,and significantly reduce the chance of postoperative complications,further relieve the patient＇s stress,fear and other negative emotions to promote patient recovery as soon as possible.
