某重型汽车空气悬架系统推力杆热铆接结构优化

摘要 针对推力杆热铆接结构在过载情况下容易产生滑脱的现象,通过运用比较成熟的有限元分析方法,在原有的推力杆铆接结构基础上,研究了铆接突起形状改变及梯形时的受力情况,并得出应力分布规律。结果表明,当梯形角度为80°时,铆接突起受力最均匀,各突起最大接触应力相对原推力杆最小。此研究结果可为推力杆热铆接结构设计以及应用推广提供理论依据。 Aiming at the phenomenon that the thermal riveting structure of the thrust bar is prone to slip under the overload conditions, this paper researches into the stress situation and the stress distribution law when the shape of the rivet is changed into conical and trapezoidal are obtained by using the relatively mature method of finite element analysis based on the original thrust rod riveting structure. The results show that the force of the rivet is the most uniform when the angle of trapezoid is 80°, and the maximum contact stress of each projection is minimum compared to the original thrust rod lever. This paper provides theoretical basis for designing and application promotion of the thermal riveting structure of thrust rod.
