摘要
以实际的CL建筑体系工程及相同条件下的普通剪力墙结构体系工程为例,介绍了实例工程的工程概况及其主体工程造价的编制依据和计算特点。通过对实例主体工程造价的详细计算,对两种结构体系的主体工程造价进行了认真全面的对比分析,得出"CL建筑体系比普通剪力墙结构体系造价低、抗震性好、工厂化程度高"的结论。所以,在内蒙古地区CL体系比普通剪力墙结构更具有经济性。
Taking actual CL building system engineering and normal shear wall structure system engineering under the samecondition as examples, this paper introduces the general situation of the engineering project and its main compilation basis and calculation characteristic of the engineering cost, and it calculates the project cost of the CL system and shear wall structure with common examples project. Then it comprehensively contrasts and analyzes their project. The result is that CL building system has the advatage of low cost, good vibration resistance,high degree of factory. Thus, CL system is more economical than the ordinary shear wall structure in Inner Mongolia.
