摘要
着重介绍三安炼钢厂在开发拉丝钢过程中去除钢中有害元素及夹杂物的生产实践。在生产实践中,采用氧气顶底复吹转炉生产拉丝钢,在没有炉外精炼的情况下,通过加强冶炼终点控制,优化脱氧工艺,最终使钢水达到钢种对钢水纯净度的要求。
This paper introduces the removal of harmful elements and inclusion in production practice of developing brushed steel in San'an steel mills. In the production practice, brushed steel production is produced by top and bottom oxygen blowing converter. In the absence of refining outside the furnace, by strengthening smelting end-point control, deoxidization process is optimized, and eventually molten steel meets the purity requirements of steel grade to molten steel.
