摘要
三相异步电机的检测主要有四个方面:绝缘试验、直流电阻测试、工频耐压试验、匝间耐压试验。主要介绍匝间耐压试验的硬件设计。其中试验电路由调压升压电路、整流电路、驱动电路、控制电路、波形采集电路等组成。
The detection of three-phase asynchronous motor has four main parts： insulation test, DC resistance test, power frequency withstand voltage test and the interturn voltage withstand test. The hardware design of interturn voltage withstand test is mainly introduced in this paper, which includes voltage-regulated circuit and boosted circuit, rectifier circuit, drive circuit, control circuit, waveform acquisition circuit etc.
