摘要 通过对常化酸洗线退火炉预热无氧化段的炉辊进行改进,提高了炉辊的耐高温强度和耐磨性能,延长了炉辊的使用寿命,减少了炉辊循环冷却水带走的热量,节约了能源,同时也避免了因炉辊在短期内较快磨损而导致的漏水对退火炉耐火材料的损坏,为设备点检和维护创造了良好的条件,满足了正常生产的管理要求,确保了生产的正常运行。 In this paper, the reformation measures of furnance rolls used in non-oxidation preheating section of pickling and annealing furnance are introduced. Through these measures, the properties of high temperature and abrasive resistance is improved, the service life of the furnance rollers is extended, and the heat taken away from circulating cooling water of furnance roll is reduced which can save the energy. Meanwhile, the damage of refractory material is avoided, which is due to the leakage caused by abrasive furnance rollers. All these measures create good conditions for equipment check and maintenance, meet the requirement of normal production management and ensure the normal operation for production.
