摘要
针对毒死蜱缩合工艺过程的生产废水,采用重铬酸钾法测定其化学需氧量(COD),采用燃烧氧化—非色散红外吸收法测量总有机碳TOC含量,并分析其相关性和ρ(COD)/ρ(TOC)值。结果表明,对于稳定水质的废水,COD与TOC有显著的相关性,但不同性质的废水,ρ(COD)/ρ(TOC)值差异很大;其值波动的主要原因是废水中有机成分的组成不同、存在还原性的非有机物及COD测定中氧化率不同。
The value of COD was measured in wastewater of different production process. The correlation be-tween COD and TOC was discussed, andρ(COD)/ρ(TOC). It proved that COD and TOC had the significant correla-tion if the wastewater composition was stable. But in the wastewater with different properties, and ρ(COD)/ρ(TOC)had great difference. The main reason is that the organic components in wastewater are different; non-organicreducing agent and the oxidation rate are different in determination process of COD.
