Application Study on BIM Technology in Prefabricated Concrete Structure Construction of Senile Apartment

对BIM技术的特点和预制装配式混凝土结构(PC建筑)施工特点进行了研究,阐述了在预制装配式混凝土结构施工中应用BIM技术的必要性;以龙信老年公寓预制装配式混凝土结构施工为例,研究了BIM技术在该项目施工中应用的技术路线及其应用效果,以期为BIM技术在预制装配式混凝土结构中的应用提供借鉴。

Based on characteristics of BIM technology and prefabricated concrete structure constructioncharacteristics of the study, this paper explains the necessity of application of BIM technology in prefabricatedconcrete structure construction; taking the dragon letter old apartment prefabricated concrete structureconstruction as an example, the paper studies the technology roadmap and effect of application of BIMtechnology in construction to provide reference for the BIM technology in prefabricated concrete structure inapplication.
