摘要
作为一种社会活动,专业教育产生于社会对专业知识和专门人才的需求。随着高校的不断扩招,直接引起了教学资源不足与学生数量增加的矛盾,尤其是法律教师资源本身的缺乏,法学专业教育质量更是得不到保证。要输出一个满足社会需要的法学毕业生,应当做到保证准入、保证输入、保证过程三个方面的要求,而教学方法是过程保证中最关键的一方面。丰富教学方法,以期达到培养法学专业毕业生的法律思维模式已成为保证法学专业教育质量中最重要的一环。
As a social activity, professional education originates from the need of the society for talents with professional knowledge. As a result of college expansion, the conflict between the insufficient teaching resources and the soaring student number tends to be more intense; the quality of law professional education can not be assured for the lack of qualified law teachers. To cultivate a qualified law graduate, three steps should be ensured: access, input and process. And teaching method is crucial. Therefore, diversifying the teaching methods is has become a guarantee to foster law students' legal thinking.
