铁路综合维修基地配电能源管理系统方案探讨

摘要 铁路系统中的车辆段、动车段、机务段、综合维修基地,这些大型机车车辆维修设施设备较多,房屋面积也较大,用电设备能耗相应较高,因此,采用先进的能源管理方法,配电系统中设置能源管理系统软件,通过管理软件统计生产活动中的能耗历史数据和实时数据,将历史数据和实时数据的差异进行对比分析,优化生产流程,将有助于节能减排。通过在维修基地配电系统中采用电能能源管理系统,对生产过程中的能耗进行监测与分析,能够降低车辆段配电系统运营维护管理人员工作量及劳动强度,提高了工作效率,有利于车辆段合理安排生产、检修计划,降低能耗成本,对故障及时预警,及时维修,有效提升管理水平和降低车辆段的生产成本。 Quite a lot of large-scale rolling stock maintenance facilities and equipment in the car depot, EMU depot, lo-comotive depot and comprehensive maintenance base of railway system lead to the corresponding higher energy consump-tion. By using advanced energy management method, energy management system software set up in distribution system, the difference between historical data and real-time data during production based on management software statistic is compared and analyzed to optimize the production process and be conducive to energy conservation and emission reduc-tion. By adopting electric energy management systems in electricity distribution system in the maintenance base, the en-ergy consumption in production process is monitored and analyzed to reduce the workload and labor intensity of operation and maintenance management personnel in depot distribution system, improve work efficiency, be in favour of depot pro-duction and maintenance program rationalization, reduce energy costs, timely warn and repair the failure, effectively im-prove management level and reduce the production costs of depot.
