Thoughts about Principle for Integrated Railway Route Selection

铁路选线是铁路设计中最根本、最重要的工作,是影响全局性的总体设计,选线质量的高低对项目的工程量、投资、建设难度甚至运营维护都将产生直接影响。为尽可能提高选线质量,文章对综合选线的原则进行了一些探讨。影响铁路线路方案的因素众多,包括政治、经济、国防、地方规划、环境敏感点、地形条件、重大不良地质、水文等,文章分析了选线工作中可能遇到的主要影响因素,提出了相应的选线原则,包括规划选线、地质选线、环保选线、安全选线等。铁路选线工作应注重搜集相关资料,分析影响线路方案的因素,根据影响因素选择相应的选线原则,当不同原则出现冲突时,应抓住主要制约因素确定原则,做到综合最优。

The railway route selection is the most fundamental and important in design, which controls the overall situa-tion of a railway line. The quality of the route selection will directly affect the quantities, investment volume, construc-tion difficulty and even operation and maintenance. The principle of integrative route selection is discussed in this paper to improve the quality of route selection as possible. This paper analyzes the major influence factors in the route selec-tion, including politics, economy, national defense, local planning, environment sensitive spot, topographic condition, topographic condition and hydrology etc. , and corresponding principles on planning, geologies, environmental protection and safety are put forward. When the different principles conflict with each other, the comprehensive optimal principle shall be determined based on main restraining factor.
