摘要
分别从拆除施工扰动、水体浸泡及自身结构体系等角度对沿河房屋出现的沉降倾斜现象进行了原因分析,并针对该房屋地基基础现状提出了加固施工方案,可为同类工程提供参考。
The paper undertakes the reasons analysis of the settlement and inclination of houses along some river from the demolition construction disturbs, water immersion, and self structural system, and points out the consolidation construction scheme according to the foundations status of the house, so as to provide some reference for similar projects.
