盘扣式支架及三维设计在游艺项目中的应用

摘要 针对某大型游艺项目满堂支架工程高度大、工期紧,游艺轨道和设备安装调试的施工安全空间要求严格等复杂特性,应用三维可视化设计技术对承插型盘扣式支架方案进行了设计分析,通过综合协调避免了碰撞,在满足承载力和安全的条件下,优化了架体空间布局,保证了外露钢结构喷涂、游艺设备调试和机电设备安装的安全性,取得了良好的综合效益。 In light of the large-scale entertainment project scaffold engineering characteristics, such as high height, urgent schedule, strict rid track and equipment installation adjustment demands and so on, the paper analyzes disk lock steel tubular scaffold design by applying 3D visual design technology. Through comprehensive coordination, it avoids confliction. On the premise of meeting bearing capacity and safety, it optimizes scaffold space layout, guarantees safety of open steel structure spraying, entertainment equipment adjustment and mechanical electrical equipment installation. As a result, it achieves good comprehensive benefits.
