The paper analyzes the energy consumption problems in the using process of the buildings in China, illustrates the common architectural energy-saving measures, and lays the foundation for the research on the architectural energy-saving, including the reduction of the enclosure components coverage, addition of heat preservation and insulation layer, and promotion of natural lighting.
